Founded in 1997, STAR operates with a small staff and limited budget.
Each year the success, passion, and innovation of the STAR staff, board
of directors, and volunteers have expanded exponentially.
STAR's financial objectives for the next five years are to fund a
comprehensive Nuclear Security Campaign that would:
